Usage Guidelines

1. Usage Requirements

VR Device

  1. Do not subject the device to strong impacts, squeezing, or abnormal force.
  2. When wearing or adjusting the device, avoid holding the side arms with one hand and do not excessively twist or pull the side straps.
  3. Third-party accessories (such as earmuffs) can be used as long as they do not interfere with the side arms. Use accessories appropriately—heavy or improper accessories may affect weight distribution, strain the straps, or even cause the side arms to break.

TeleSuit

  1. When connecting the aviation plug, make sure it is properly aligned with the socket. Do not use excessive force to avoid damaging the connector.
  2. Avoid pulling the suit’s cables or connectors forcefully to prevent internal wire damage.
  3. Ensure the main control module’s ventilation holes are not blocked by clothing or accessories during use, to allow proper heat dissipation and prevent overheating.
  4. After use, hang or neatly fold the TeleSuit. Avoid heavy pressure and high temperatures to prevent material aging.

TeleBox

  1. Always use the original power adapter when connecting the TeleBox. Ensure stable voltage to prevent device damage.
  2. Avoid prolonged high-load operation. Take breaks as needed to extend the device’s lifespan.

2. Daily Maintenance

  1. Inspect the device’s casing, connectors, and cables before and after use. Stop using immediately if you notice cracks, unusual noises, or other abnormalities.
  2. Store the device in a relaxed, natural position. Do not fold or compress the connectors.
  3. Keep the device away from high temperatures, humidity, or strong magnetic fields to maintain performance.
  4. Clean the device regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners.
